Accountability
Urban Visions acknowledges with respect and gratitude that The Jack is located upon the traditional lands of the Suquamish and Muckleshoot Nations who have served as stewards of the region for generations. Transparency The Jack is pursuing SEAM Bronze Certification and assessed their social responsibilities as a part of the SEAM Certification process. Ethical Behavior Urban Visions’ policy is to prioritize vendors that demonstrate that they provide decent work, a living wage, safe and secure working conditions, and fair respectful treatment of people. Vendors and suppliers are also required to integrate inclusive procurement principles, objectives, and expectations into their procurement process in pursuit of the goal to increase diverse representation on our projects and properties. |
Respect for International Norms of Behavior
The Jack is guided by the United Nations (UN) Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals as detailed in our SEAM Certification scorecard. Respect for Human Rights Each vendor and supplier have contractually adopted a supplier code of conduct which establishes processes for respecting human rights. We strive towards continual eradication of forced labor in our supply chain. |
